What is IMPs?

The Integrated Mobility Partnership (IMPs) will share learnings from the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) projects led by SEStran and Tactran. It seeks to help understand what partners require from MaaS products and help get them started on their own MaaS journey.

We invite interested parties to be part of the Partnership and help shape the IMPs work programme during 2023/24.

Our Story

Tactran received round 1 Maas Investment funding (MIF) from Transport Scotland to deliver the “ENABLE” project which included Mobility as a Service platforms with Dundee and Angus College, NHS Tayside and Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park (LLTNP).  SEStran were successful in receiving round 2 MIF funding for the GoSEStran project and worked collaboratively with Tactran to share the MaaS platform (provided by Fuse Mobility), share learnings and share finances. Sestran also launched a new demand responsive transport service in East Lothian Council, which has been integrated into the GoSEStran MaaS app.  Both projects have since secured Smarter Choices, Smarter Places funding to continue until March 2024.  Match funding for this was a combination of contributions from Tactran, SEStran, SPT and LLTNP.
